The name is officially an abbreviation of the phrase "DO COmmunications Over the MObile Network", and is also a play on "dokomo", meaning “everywhere†in Japanese.

Because it is high in the cloud layer you can only fly by "wearing a vehicle" that overrides your movement. This location gives you a free (no modify no copy) "Rainbow bracelet" to fly higher by using pg-up and pg-down.
